4 Awesome Ways You Can Repurpose Your Blogs

Without a doubt, blogs are the perfect way to keep your content fresh and engaging on your website to boost your Google rankings and SEO, AKA Search Engine Optimisation.

So if you’re not regularly producing new content that readers actually want to read (such as content that provides lots of value), your website is likely to very quickly slip down the ranks of Google, making it hard for your prospects to find you online.

Blogs are undoubtedly a great way to build trust by providing guidance on a subject that resonates with your audience, which in turn helps establish your company as an expert.

With so much media noise out there and algorithms to battle, it’s getting harder to get noticed. We now have to try multiple forms of marketing to stay on top of customers’ minds, and it's time-consuming.

So, what if there was a way to repurpose the same content so that it could be used multiple times?

Social Media

People follow you on social media to "connect" with your brand. They have an interest in what you have to offer and want to be informed, inspired, and entertained. So when you have a new blog post, provide a snippet of your blog and direct them to your website to read the rest. If it's an older blog post, re-frame a topic you've covered before. You might reach a completely new audience.


Think about how many times we look at our emails throughout the day. Although many people think email marketing is dead, they couldn’t be more wrong. It is still the most effective marketing tool you can have for your business as you own your list and there is no battling with algorithms and you are not paying to be seen (I will post a blog about it soon).

Your email list sees some value in your business already, so keep your audience thinking about you by nurturing them with the essence from your blogs that they might find useful. If they want to learn more- direct them back to your website!

Lead Magnets

By “giving" your audience something of value in return for their email address (AKA a lead magnet) is a great way to build your email list.

So go through your blogs and look for something that has already been created- a guide, a checklist, or a "how-to". Create a compelling ad, and get people to double opt into your email list with the reward being the tips that will improve your reader's life that is all repurposed from your blog!


Everyone is short on time, and a lot of people are turning to podcasts for information. So how about starting up a podcast that showcases the value of teaching from your blogs? People listen to podcasts everywhere, and their popularity right now is exploding!
