Hi I’m Rachel, a Copywriter helping small businesses stretched for time and resources fine tune their message so that their dream clients take action.

In my earlier days, I envisioned becoming a journalist or a magazine editor. Being naturally curious, I loved connecting with people and helping them find solutions to their problems. I got a lot of satisfaction in adding value to their lives in some way, which landed me a career in sales.

When I first learned about Copywriting, I knew it was a pathway I had to explore. It was the perfect opportunity to combine my interest in creative writing with my personality and background in sales.

I know when you’re a business owner that is short-staffed and under pressure, it’s easy to do a rushed job of your marketing (if you’re doing any at all!), which may be missing the mark on what your audience wants, costing you sales. Not every business can afford a full time staff member either, so sometimes a freelancer is just what you need!

I give your business a pair of fresh eyes from your target audience’s point of view. I take the time to understand your business, and do my research to come up with messaging that makes your audience think, “this relates to me, so maybe it's just what I need.”

I live in Hamilton with my husband and 2 young daughters. When I’m not Copywriting or refining my craft, you’ll often find me exploring the outdoors.
